After spending his college years away, Clifford has returned to what he likes to call home, Orcutt. Cliff grew up in Orcutt for the first twenty years of his life. He graduated from St Josephs High where he played baseball, basketball, and football. His family has been involved in real estate for four generations in the Santa Maria area. Clifford has experienced both Southern and Northern California, but nothing compares to the Central Coast.
Clifford now understands why his family made the descision to raise him here and still live here today. The weather, agriculture, ocean, and friendly people make the Central Coast, this is where he will raise his family too. With the tremendous growth going on in our area, it is important that the Central Coast remain the place that we love. Clifford feels confident, with his education in public relations and in real estate land use, that he can convey the values that make Santa Maria an All American City.
Clifford began his local Real Estate career in Orcutt with Century 21 Hometown Realty where he was named “Rookie of the Year 2004” for all seven offices in only six months of work. He followed that year up with being named “Top Overall Producer 2005” for the Orcutt office. It was during the middle of 2006 that Clifford met Era Polly. They really hit it off. Clifford saw an opportunity to move to Era’s office and a chance to get closer to his ultimate goals. Clifford always laughs and states that, “the best Real Estate deal he has done to date was signing on to work with Era Polly. I think that we make a dynamic duo.”
