As I believe you are aware, I had a somewhat negative viewpoint on the "Realty" business and Realtors in general before our transaction. That viewpoint has completely changed due to your professionalism. You are a shining star in your industry and conduct yourself in a way that should be a model for all other Realtors. Era has been my realtor for some 5 years now and has represented me with the sale and purchase of several homes on the central coast. My husband and I were surprised to find out that there was a problem with the closing of our escrow. Era immediately addressed our dilemma and corrected it making sure we received the keys to our new home by the end of the day!! She took a very stressful situation and made us comfortable. My husband and I met Era when we called her number on the For Sale sign that was on a home. She arranged a time to show us that house. We "hit it off" right away! Era was very informative, patient, and passionate about her work. She was sure to sit down and get a feel for what we were looking for. We spent several weekends trying to find that "dream home" and finally did. Era helped us close the deal on that home and also sell our other home without a hitch. We've bought and sold several homes with Era and it has always been a great experience. It's nice to know you have someone as knowledgeable as her on your side. We've worked with other realtors that disappeared once the check was cut - Era isn't like that. She's made sure that we're taken care of even after closing. During times like the present, it serves one well to reflect on the good times and how fortunate we all are to have benefited from those days past. When I reflect on the “good times”, I think of you, Era Polly. To be sure, I would not be enjoying the fruits of my labor without you.
Over the last 30 plus years, I have had the occasion to work with many real estate brokers, yet you stand out among them all. My husband and I started looking for properties in July of 2007 and found a property listed by Era. We met her there and she never once asked about money or any of the items normally associated with a pushy real estate agent. No used car salesman here! Instead she talked to us about what we wanted in a home.
Era showed us more than 50, yes, FIFTY properties over the course of 4 months! After working for months together and learning that foreclosures are not the only way to get the best deal, we found our dream home!
She sent us to the BEST mortgage guy around (Mack Massey) and we got our preapproval so that we could put an offer on the home. With Era and Mack on our side we never had a bad experience! We did not have the stress normally associated with a purchase of a home because of Era!
A month after we were in our home, we had an issue. I did not know what to do, so I called Era. Even though she was done with the sale of the home, she was right there for us! She TRULY cares about people and their peace of mind!
Use Era she is there for you from beginning to end…and after!
